Co-operative Ethos

Urban Camp Melbourne is a not-for-profit organisation with a membership base
of over 900 members. The Camp is owned and managed by shareholders and
an elected Board of Directors.

Statement of Principles

As a co-operative enterprise The Camp supports the International Co-operative Principles as ratified
by the International Co-operative Alliance.
